Fish It! Wiki

Updated How we verify data

This is an unofficial, fan-made wiki for Fish It!, a Roblox fishing game from the group “Fish Atelier“. You cast, charge and reel in fish, sell them for Coins, and spend those Coins on better rods and baits so you can catch rarer fish. We list 270 fish, 24 rods, 16 baits and 10 mutations.

How fishing works

  1. Cast. Hold to charge your throw. A rod’s Speed stat makes the charge bar fill faster.
  2. Reel. When a fish bites, click as fast as you can to pull it in.
  3. Sell and upgrade. Sell your catch for Coins, then buy a rod or bait with more Luck.
  4. Travel. Each island and area has its own fish, so new places open new catches.

Where Luck comes from

Luck raises your chance of rarer fish. According to the community wiki, it comes from your rod, your bait, some kinds of weather, server-wide Luck boosts (bought or from admin events) and a bonus for each friend fishing in your server. Rods and baits give the biggest share, which is why most of this wiki is about them.

Our notes for new players

Rod price does not rise in step with Luck. The Lucky Rod gives 130% Luck for 10K Coins, more than the Midnight Rod (100%) that costs several times as much. The Midnight Rod wins on Speed and on the heaviest fish it can hold, so pick by what you need. Our rods page compares all of them.

Bait Luck comes on top of rod Luck, and a cheap bait is often the fastest upgrade early on. See the baits page.

How current is this data?

Our lists come from the Fish It! community wiki, which is behind the game: the newest seasonal update and its fish are not in it yet. Every value is marked “Source: community wiki” with the date we copied the fact. When the game updates, we check the wiki again. There is no sell price data on the wiki, so we do not have a fish value calculator yet.
