Bamboo is a Legendary crop with the highest base value of the Legendary crops covered in this first batch of notes (Apple, Pumpkin and Watermelon are the others), and it has the highest huge chance of the crops we have written notes for. The catch is that it is a single-harvest crop: once you cut it, you need another seed.
That makes Bamboo a crop for players who actively replant. Each stalk is worth a lot at base, so variants and mutations on Bamboo turn into large numbers fast.
