Does a heavier Turtle earn more?
Every Turtle hatches with its own weight. The base weight is 100 kg. A heavier one earns more, but the gain per kg shrinks as the weight grows: at ten times the base weight it earns about 4.1 times as much, not ten.

Notes from testing
The Turtle is the Lake's Rare and earns more than either Forest Rare. It is the pet that makes the Lake worth farming for income, not just for Speed.
The Turtle's base weight is much higher than the Owl's or Raccoon's, so heavy-looking Turtles are common and usually only average. Do not keep a Turtle over a better pet just because the kg number is big; check the weight table on this page to see how much a heavier one really adds.
Its egg hatches at the same pace as the Raccoon's, and its Speed reward is several times larger. If you are deciding between running for Forest Rares or Lake Rares, the Lake wins on both counts once you have the Speed to get there and back.
