Does a heavier Fox earn more?
Every Fox hatches with its own weight. The base weight is 28 kg. A heavier one earns more, but the gain per kg shrinks as the weight grows: at ten times the base weight it earns about 4.1 times as much, not ten.

Notes from testing
The Fox is the first Epic in the game and the best value pet in the Forest for most players. It earns several times what the Raccoon does and its egg is still close to your base.
The Fox egg takes noticeably longer to hatch than any Forest Rare, so put it in your pen when you are about to spend a few minutes running elsewhere. A light base weight means a heavy Fox gets a good income boost from its weight.
A Golden or Rainbow Fox is one of the strongest pets a new player can realistically own. If you are choosing between a Fox and a Bear, the Bear earns a bit more, but the Fox hatches faster and gains more from a good weight roll.
